She absolutely professional and understood what I was trying to do. Very good in experience and connections and has very good knowledge of the market and area is which she does business. In my case she even helped do the attorney's paperwork, that's how good she was. Always working even on weekends, picks up the phone when you call or text (very important). I already recommend her and nothing but excellence from all that used here service.

My mother passed away and I decided to sell the house. Friends and family were suggesting doing it on my own (without a realtor). As a generally DIY person I was leaning towards that but I was living out of state and didn't really feel like doing a ton of research. I just wanted someone with experience to guide me through the process. I completed a form on a website to find a realtor and Dina was the first to call me...I think it was within minutes later on in the evening. So from that moment I knew she had initiative.

Dina was very helpful and clear throughout the process, and helped me navigate a difficult and confusing process! I would gladly recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor.

Dina provided me answers to questions I didn't know to ask. She thoroughly highlighted and provided me feedback about aspects of the homes we visited (I.e drainage, boilers and foundational concerns). She was able to discuss what work would need to be done, and with knowledge of my intentions (and budget), was able to let me know if I should invest.

She was also willing to go above and beyond. She's an excellent communicator and promptly responded to all my thousand questions along the process. I felt I could really discuss my concerns with her to receive honest feedback. (I called her a lot).
